FAVOURITE BLOGGERS // MARCH

I stumbled upon Mary's YouTube channel this month and I am literally so so glad I have found her little space (which definitely isn't little) on the internet! She has such a bubbly, infectious personality and has done so many amazing things in the past year that I have on my bucket list. Best of all, she is a vegan and her way of life is something which I am definitely currently aspiring to!

This lady is currently on her travels and literally has my jaw dropping everytime she uploads a post due to her insane photos. This year I want to improve my photography and the content on here and her photography is an inspiration!

These a just a few blogs which I have been loving delving into this month. I've found it so hard recently to just stop and take the time to read blogs and have not even been able to bring myself to open bloglovin the past few weeks. However now I'm all refreshed I cannot wait to find new blogs! Please leave me your links below!

HAPPY EASTER // OOTD

shoes - zara

Happy Easter Sunday everyone! I hope you are all having a lovely break and are indulging in lots of treats. No chocolate for me today as I'm waking up hungover for the third day in a row after all the wine and vodka that has accumulated in me over the past few days! The fact we got one hour less sleep last night also just rubs salt into the wound.

I'm usually not one to find pieces in Lipsy that I usually like but i was drawn to this body due to its high neck and gorgeous lace detailing. Its also surprisingly comfortable - usually the downside of wearing bodies is the pop button fastener underneath, however the ones on this particular body are completely comfortable. Paired with these culottes from Zara, can make a classic casual evening wear outfit!

How are you guys spending your Easter?

GOOD FRIDAY // OOTD

Its Easter bank holidays! And on a plus side today was such a beautiful day, it was definitely worth the 4 and a half hour drive back home from Cardiff last night. I featured these culottes recently on a wishlist and finally snapped them up in Topshop last week! I think I own around 5 pairs of culottes now and they would definitely be my choice of bottom wear everyday. Why suffer in jeans when you can do so many more activities in culottes? The versatility of culottes are by far their biggest selling point - I've worn this particular pair for nights out with heels, work with blazers and casual wear with blouses. Also, with the pleated look currently in, these are perfect for the transition weather! I also can't find them online, however as i only just purchased them, they'll hopefully still be around instores.

I can't wait to spend the weekend relaxing and eating lots of food! What are all your plans for Easter?

SPRING 16

spring

I cannot describe how excited I am for spring to come. I definitely feel like I have spent way too long wrapped in around 50 layers, spending every evening shivering in the dark, waking up in the dark and I can finally see the light at the end of the winter tunnel! Spring/summer 16 is going to be amazing and I cannot wait to do a huge shop and buy a whole new wardrobe this year. I especially am in love with those gorgeous caged sandals and am definitely in two minds whether to splurge or not! I feel like I could literally plan a million outfits with those babies!

I feel like I've been quiet on the old blog front lately, however the reasons why definitely deserve a post on their own but hopefully I'll organise my life enough within the next few weeks to blog regularly again!

FEBRUARY FAVOURITES // BEAUTY

So sorry its taken a while for me to post this, I caught some nasty food poisoning last week and also had to move house and drive hundreds of miles whilst suffering with it! Something which I would definitely not recommend doing, who knew that vegans could still get food poisoning?!

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Gel Cleanser
I originally bought the gel cleanser in a set which included the cleanser, toner and moisturiser (which is also shown here). I can honestly say I have had amazing results from using the La Roche-Posay Effaclar range, as it keeps my acne prone skin at bay from nasty blemishes and I think this is mainly down to the gel cleanser and moisturiser, even though the toner is still great! The gel cleanser lathers up like a dream and removes my make up quickly and throroughly, and afterwards leaves your face with that really clean, fresh feeling, without your face feeling stripped of natural oils.  It really has made a huge difference in the apperance of spots and blackheads, leaving my skin in a really great condition as I have massive acne troubles!

This can be purchased with the gel cleanser and I have been loving using this moisturiser for the past few months. I'm usually reluctant to trying new moisturisers and I'm always scared they're going to cause spots and leave me with makeup sliding down my face after a few hours. However this moisturiser is perfect at not just moisturising, but also as a primer. A few minutes after drying, it leaves your face feeling beautifully matte and ready for your foundation, and also doesn't contain any nasty parabens.

If I'm having a really bad skin day, I will also add this little treat into my skincare regime to give my skin that extra kick at reducing redness and those little nasty devils. This stuff is pretty strong, and after a few applications you can see a world of difference in size and redness in spots. A great one for travelling and keeping in your emergency makeup kit if you're away and have an important event!

Now I know this is an old favourite with a lot of girls out there but seriously, this has to be my most favourite beauty product in my makeup bag so far. The highlight is a beautiful shade- without being glittery which is always my main conern with highlighters, and doesn't fall down your face after a few hours! The highlighter is a stick on one end, and also has a sponge on the other end which can be used for blending. This highlighter also looks great if you have a tan (fake or real!).

Let me know in the comments if you have any recommendations for beauty products you've been loving recently!

Love,
